  • 4-Part Training Series: Elevate is a four-part leadership development series (1/23, 3/27, 5/15, & 7/24) to guide women in growing their leadership trajectory. This curriculum, shaped by insights into executive presence and transformational leadership, focuses on critical aspects from mindset to message that impact how we show up in the workplace. The program incorporates elements of leadership development, personal branding, and powerful communication strategies.

  • Elevate Workbook: We kick off your learning journey with a tailor-made workbook, designed to provide you with personalized resources and guided notes for each training session. This comprehensive tool ensures you have everything you need to succeed, right at your fingertips.

  • Book Study & Supplemental Resources: Enhance your Elevate experience with our Independent Book Study and Supplemental Resources, thoughtfully crafted to deepen your engagement with the curriculum. Carlisha will collaborate closely with group leaders to support peer matching, establish a recommended reading pace, and provide monthly discussion questions that encourage deeper reflection and practical application

This experience has challenged me to answer the hard questions about how I will achieve my goals. I have been able to find clarity and identify the things that have held me back!
