    12-month structured curriculum providing comprehensive workshop-style live training in person showing you what to do.

  • COACHING

    Face-to-face virtual one-on-one coaching and study hours showing you how to do it.

  • COMMUNITY

    Peer masterminding and public one on one support to ensure you learn how to do it better.

Here is what you will get throughout your journey:

  • Custom 360 Assessment: Amplify for Women administers a customized 360 assessment that offers unparalleled insights into your leadership strengths and areas for growth. This knowledge paves the way to personalize the program curriculum for your continuous personal and professional improvement.

  • Bi-Monthly Live Training: Amplify for Women leads six powerful in-person sessions focused on building your skills as an executive leader. Our curriculum focuses on compelling, values-based communication using our 4P Signature Framework to accelerate your public speaking skills, as well as adaptive leadership, decision-making, management, communication, and holistic self-care.

  • Personalized Executive Coaching: In addition to the live content coaching sessions, you will be matched with an Amplify for Women executive coach to provide you with six individual coaching sessions tailoring the curriculum and resources to your leadership journey.

  • Community: Connect with fellow C-suite leaders, senior executives, founders, and disruptors who understand the unique challenges you face. This is a community where you will ask questions, get support, generously share, and meet new friends who are on your level.

  • One Year of Access: For one year, you will have access to our team and the community to support you through the steps of implementation and to troubleshoot any challenges you have along the way.

This experience has challenged me to answer the hard questions about how I will achieve my goals. I have been able to find clarity and identify the things that have held me back! The most important thing that I have learned is that there is power in my story, and as a leader, it is okay to be your authentic self.
